* Hotel Check In Time 12:00 Noon & Check Out Time 10:00 AM
* Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs Are Subject To Availability.
* Airfare / Train fare.
* Personal Expenses such as Laundry, Luggage Charges, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Porterage.
* Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
* Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
* Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect before departure.
* Snow Vehicle Fare, If the Road Is Blocked Due To Snow.

* Insurance.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY :
Suppose the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking for whatever reasons, including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons, including non-payment of the balance payment. In that case, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing; a further charge will be levied as follows:-
For postponement / Prep-one of the tour packages is to be communicated in writing and needs to be informed us at least 30 days before the tour date.
· INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone.
· 90 days before departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.
· 90 days to 60 days before departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
· 60 days to 30 days before departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
· 30 days to 01 days before departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
· There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
In Case you travel to any hill station, if there is any natural calamity or heavy snowfall, use face mask & if your trip is canceled, in that case, there is no-refund policy will be applicable.
· The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per the cancellation terms of the respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of the respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client
· For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products, including tours by Holiday 7, the courts and tribunals in Delhi, India, alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/Govt. of India-
