Hello friends, in this blog of YTBHARAT, I
will tell you about a tour package of Manali, which is the most visited hill
station of Himachal Pradesh, which I took myself to visit Manali last month
with my wife. I am going to share with you through this blog the experience I
had with and there, along with the contact details of the travel company from
which I had taken this package, I will share with you at the last of this blog

snowfall, at what age people should visit hill stations like Manali during
snowfall days, so let's start today's blog
friends, if you are thinking of going to Manali,
then you have two options, either you book the package from a good travel agent
or you do all the arrangements yourself but self arrangements for the Manali
tour will be better only if you have your own four-wheeler otherwise according
to me it is better that you take a package from a good travel company because
you will find cost-effective and tension-free travel, so let me tell you how I
contacted the travel company, it is a matter of last month.
This is from last month, I had a weekend holiday
with one festival leave and after staying at home for a long time, I wanted to
spend quality time with my family by going to some hill station, I did not
think much and went online to travel companies. Started searching, I came to
know about some travel company from youtube, I contacted one of the travel
company and after getting all the details, trying their feedback on google, got
this package booked by paying 30% advance. The very next day my hotel and bus
details booking were shared with me by the travel company.
It was a 5 night 6 days tour so i am explaining day
by day.
Day 1-After 1 day we had our Volvo bus which caught
us near RK Ashram metro station along with its stop near the Kashmere Gate bus
stand. There was also Majnu ka tila which is near my house, so I decided that I
will board on this bus from Majnu ka Tila, 2 days later the day had come when I
had to travel with my wife to make our bus. The timing of Majnu Ka Tila was
around 7:00 PM, left the house at around 6:00 PM and Majnu Ka Tila at 6:30 PM.
Travel agent also gave us a number of the conductor of which by calling we
found out bus running status that bus has left from RK Ashram metro station and
will reach at Petrol Pump around 6:45 PM to reach because behind jam We got our
freedom by looking at the number of the bus which was already present with us.
We were charged ₹ 20 per bag to keep it in the bus locker room, we took a
handbag with us, which contained material in the bus like cold drinks, etc.
Also, if you go you can also follow this thing, along with this we also kept
some medicines with us which keep our body healthy in such related problems as
vomiting dizziness, just by sitting, at around 7:00 pm we had our journey 02nd
stoppage for a tea break on reaching Sonepat, we had a sip of tea, almost the
weather was very nice, there was a light drizzle too, after being fresh, the
bus was ready to leave again after about 15 minutes for the onward journey. The
window of the bus taking a very beautiful view from outside, my family and I
were proceeding towards the journey of the mountains. After reaching
Chandigarh, we had our third stoppage, where we stopped and had dinner in a
good restaurant, freshened up and walked around for 5 minutes. While clicking
the photograph, so it could capture its memory, we sat back in the bus and the
bus started on the way, the bus stopped at some other places, but because it
was too late in the night, we were sleeping too, so did not dare to get down
though Some passengers had been getting down from the bus to get fresh, we woke
up at around 6:00 am and we had reached Manali. Before Manali, there was light
rain in the very beautiful plains of Mandi but the greenery all around.
Day 2-There was a feeling of joy from inside seeing
us escape from Manali our bus had reached Manali private bus around 10:00 am.
After reaching there we contacted our driver given
by the travel company, reached after about 15 minutes, keeping our luggage from
there, they did our already scheduled hotel after reaching the hotel we went to
our favorite room I checked after checking we were fresh and around 3:00 pm our
our manali local sightseeing tour was about to started in which today's journey
was around Mall road of Manali, within about 2 to 3 kms from van vihar, club
house, tibetan temple & monastery, hidimba temple, We had a lot of fun at
the place around 6:30 pm, we had a lot of activities done at different places
while taking very nice photographs of the temples and taking a very beautiful
view of Manali, we went back to our hotel , after reaching the hotel We had
dinner which was wonderful, the hotel staff was also very supportive, all the
necessary items were immediately delivered to the hotel room, the hotel
manager's nature was also very good, our taxi driver brother also took us to
the site of Manali at the time of driving, he tells us about each place in detail
Day 3- The next day also the same driver of
our taxi would be there. today our tour was for the Solang valley, which is the most
visited destination in Manali by tourists Solang Valley is known as Snow Valley
during snowy days. Solang Valley inside Manali is the place where you can enjoy
the most snow activity, Paragliding, Snow Scooter, Zorbing, Tyre ride, Zip
Lining, Skiing, Ropeway Ride there are many such activities which you can do
at your own cost, The activities rate will start in Solang Valley from ₹ 50 to ₹
3000, in which you can ride a tire at the lowest cost and the cost of
paragliding is the most expensive, so you can do these activities by bargaining
according to your pocket.
You can enjoy This tour of Solang Valley is almost
a full day and in the evening your taxi driver will get you back from Solang
Valley to your hotel, during snowfall you have to book either snow scooter or
4*4 gypsy from near Mall Road to Solang Valley and you will have to make this
booking at your own cost because during Snow days the taxi provided in your
package is not allowed to take you till Solang Valley, snow scooter will charge
you around 1000 rupees for two-person for 5 people you can book a gypsy.
Day 4- Fourth Day We had a day to visit Kullu
and Manikaran Gurdwara in Manali, had breakfast in the morning and leave at
9:00 on the way to Kullu and Manikaran Gurudwara, we enjoyed river rafting
inside Kullu if you want, paragliding to You can enjoy the Paragliding facility
is provided in many places in Kullu, you can enjoy river rafting and
paragliding at your own cost, although river rafting is more fun in summers
less in winter days. also, you can enjoy river rafting After enjoying river
rafting our car reached Manikaran gurudwara by taking us around 3:00 pm there
is a sulfur water pool where you can bath before gurudwara darshan, in which we
took bath and after that Visited the holy gurudwara, thereafter consuming the
langar prasad, we went back, sat in the car, on the way to our Manali hotel, on
the way out of Kasol, we clicked some photography on the bridge crossing the
river, we reached Manali hotel, it was evening, we were very tired, after
having dinner in the hotel, we rested thereafter that late-night packing
because the next day we had to leave for Delhi only.
Day-5 Friends, how the last 4 days have passed in Manali, we do not know and today is our fifth and last day in Manali, today we have to catch Volvo bus for Delhi, so we wake up early in the morning and have finally packed everything 11:00 After checking out at 11 o'clock, we kept our luggage in the locker room of the hotel and from there we have left for shopping on Manali Mall Road, we bought some gifts for our family and friends, here as a memento we purchased some gifts and visit around some places of India, tried some local food, we have returned at 3:00 pm, we picked up our luggage from the hotel our taxi dropped us at the private Volvo bus stand of Manali.
at the Manali Volvo bus stand There we searched our Volvo bus for Delhi by the number given on the ticket, we gave our luggage to the conductor of the bus after that around 5:30 am at the Manali Volvo bus stop. The bus from the stand left for Delhi with a very beautiful memorable journey, today is our last day in Manali, hope we will get another chance to come to Manali again inside life, today day was very clear, the bus was running smoothly
Day 6:- The next day around 6:30 am bus dropped us at Kashmere Gate bus stand, from there we booked a cab and reached home around 8:00 pm and thus ended our tour.
Tour Cost: We booked our package for 11999 rupees for 2 people and the rest of our expenses including ₹ 5000 extra.
