Bus Service Details:

Type: Volvo B7R Air conditioned luxury bus with comfortable seating.

Departure from Delhi: Dr. Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal near Delhi Gate at 10:00 AM IST.

Arrival in Kathmandu: Swayambhu Manjusree Yatayat at 13:00 PM NST.


Travel Documents:

Indian or Nepali Nationals: Need a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Voter ID).

Other Nationalities: Need a Passport and Visa.


Fare:

For adults (5 years and above): Rs. 2300/-

Children under 2 years travel free (no separate seat).


Booking:

You can book up to 60 days in advance.


Refund Policy:

Cancellation within 24 hours of departure: No refund.

Cancellation 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellation more than 72 hours before departure: 75% refund.


Luggage:

Allowed: One suitcase (max 29" long, weighing up to 25 kg) and one shoulder bag.

Children under 12 get a handbag.


Baggage Guidelines:

Don't keep valuables like cash, jewelry, or important documents in your checked-in luggage.


Restricted Items:

Prohibited items like acids, explosives, or inflammables are not allowed.


Cabin Baggage:

One small handbag is allowed in the bus cabin.


Liability:

Your baggage and passenger liability are as per Indian law.

DTC isn't responsible for any losses or claims.


Check-In:

Arrive at the terminal at least one hour before the bus leaves.

Your reservation may be canceled if you're late.


Halts:

The bus stops at Firozabad, Faizabad, Mugling, and Sanouli (for Customs checks).

You can only get on or off at these stops.


Food/Refreshment:

The bus stops at places where you can buy food and refreshments at your own cost.


Law Compliance:

Follow the law; violations will be dealt with accordingly.
