 Hotel Policy In Manali

Hotel policies can vary from one establishment to another, but here are some common hotel policies that you may find in Manali or any other destination:

1- Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

CHECK IN TIME- 12:00 NOON.

Early arrival is subject to availability of room in hotel. In Season time mostly rooms gets filled with guest so there will be a limited chance for early check in, so in that case you need to wait at hotel reception area, in spare time you can avail washroom & restaurant facility in hotel. in off season in case of room availability hotel can easilty accomodate guest before 12:00 Noon. For guaranteed early check-in you need to discuss prior with you travel agent.

CHECK OUT - 11:00 A.M.

Standard checkout time is 11:00 A.M. so late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability, in manali you can securily left you luggage at reception area, and on the volvo bus time you can collect your baggage.

2- CHILD POLICY:

-Maximum 02 children of 5 year or below 5 year can stay in the parents room without extra mattress and -additional charge. -01 child of 6 year or above 6 year can stay in the parents room with an additional charge for 02 children of 6 year or above 6 year an additional room is necessary. -Hotel does not provide extra bed in case of chargeable extra person.Only mattress is provided.

3- Pet Policy:

In Manali pets are not alowed in hotel.

4-Smoking Policy:

Many hotels have a strict no-smoking policy in rooms and public areas. Smoking may be allowed in designated areas.

5-Damages:

Hotels may have policies related to guest responsibilities for any damages caused during their stay,

you need to pay extra charge in case of any damage made by you, for this hotel staff inspect your room before checkout.

6-Special Requests:

If you have any special requests or requirements, such as room preferences, it's a good idea to communicate these to the travel company or hotel in advance.
